my car makes rattle nose when put in drive

my car sound rattle, rough idle low rpms-- when engaged in drive gear--but at neutral or parking gear--it behaves as normal---things so far I have done--I changed all spark plugs--two of heaters-changed transmission oil--clean throttle body and sensor. but problem still there,,, please help me to find exact problem.
