You know we aren't likely to be able to solve this over a computer. The best I can offer is if the noise starts as soon as you start the engine, and you don't have to be driving, we can rule out noisy wheel bearings. The main suspect would be the bearings in an engine pulley. That can be identified by listening next to each one with a stethoscope. Also look for any shield or cover that is loose or mispositioned and is rubbing on one of those pulleys. You can remove the serpentine belt, then run the engine long enough to listen if the noise is still there or is gone.
