My car is shaking

please see if you can assist. my current problem now is whenever i press the accelerator at the speed just above ninety km/h my car starts to vibrate (the whole car) and then the vibration stops immediately when I release the accelerator. what could be the problem?

Any lights on the dash? Speed sensitive vibrations are usually tire/suspension related but they can be difficult to track down. Being it's a 2016 I would visit a dealer with 21K on it you should still be under warranty.
