when driving it just backfires and it wont go any faster and sometimes dies

When I give it gas when it idles or just when i am driving it just backfires and it wont go any faster and when I push the pedal all the way down. It also sometimes dies when I put it into neutral. I do have a new fuel pump installed, new plugs, wires, injectors, MAF.
