My ABS light has turned on solid?

My ABS light has come on (solid) I went out this morning to go out, but the car won't start I was wondering what the problem would be and how much it would cost and is it worth doing considering the age of the car many thanks in advance.

Hello, this is common when the ABS module goes out and causes the ABS control motor to stick on, can you hear a slight humming when the car is off? If so, I would trace the noise down to the ABS module under the hood. If you find the noise and are unsure of the part you are looking at, please upload an image so I can see what's going on, also, here is a guide that can help as well:
