After A/C has been turned on it takes fifteen minutes before the air is cold, goes back to warm air after about thirty minutes

Whenever I turn on the A/C it doesn't bring cool air into the cabin but just the fan keeps blowing, until about fifteen minutes later, then cold air begins to come from the vents. Stays that way until some thirty minutes later, the cool air stops and it is just normal fan until another twenty minutes interval before the cooling begins again.

First, I need you to check a few things for me. To start, I need to know if the AC compressor is engaging when you turn the system on. If it is and you still get no cold air for fifteen minutes, then I suspect either you are low on Freon or there could even be an issue with what is called a blend air door actuator. The actuator is what determines if you get heat, AC or nothing into the vehicle.

Open the hood and have a helper start the car and turn on the AC. Pay attention to the compressor, which is a belt driven accessory on the front of the engine. There is an electric clutch which should cycle on and off. When this happens, you will hear a clicking sound. I attached a picture for you to see the part. The magnetic clutch assembly in the picture is what I am referring to.

Pay attention to that and let me know what you find. I would also like to know if the heater works properly. Also, feel free to let me know if you have other questions.
