While swapping out factory stereo for aftermarket stereo a wire came loose causing a spark now multiple electrical components stopped working

We were switching out the factory radio for a after market one and one of the wires came loose and caused a spark. Since the spark the windshield wipers have stopped working, the A/C no longer blows cold air, the gas gauges stopped working as well. We have checked the fuses and they don't seemed to be ruined. We don't know what else could be the issue. Edit to post; getting Electronic throttle control warning light as well.
