Multiple (related?) electrical problems

1992 MERCURY MARQUIS
150,000 MILES • 4.2L • V8 • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

Auto on/off lights
Have no tail lights.
No Horn
No cigarette lighter
No trunk lock

All the fuses are good under dash and hood.
Brake & Directionals good.
Bulbs are good.

Could these problems be related?

Make sure you have checked any larger fuses and fusible links also.

Other than that, the only way you are going to get to the bottom of it is to troubleshoot one of the issues back to a common source using a wiring diagram.

I understand that there is a fusible link near the solenoid but that all I know. Do you know where I can find a wiring diagram?
Would you happen to know if it could be one of the relays?

The fusible links are at the solenoid. Every system has a different wiring diagram so you are going to have to choose which one to troubleshoot and I will get you a diagram for that circuit but if you are not highly trained in electrical work, you won't be able to figure it out.

I can't say I'm highly trained. More of an advanced DIYer.
I need the tail lights and the lighter to work if that's any help
