I have dtc p0300 and p105d, the engine misfires terribly when i come to a stop and intermittently when parked. Misfire is only felt for the first 3 gears and shifts roughly, 4th to 8th are smooth. Spark plugs and coil packs have been replaced as well as the VVY solenoid on the left and right side. Fuel pumps were also replaced as well as engine oil cooler filter housing. Oil life is at 75%. Rear drive shaft was replaced.

So, this code appears when the camshaft actuator needs to be replaced. Does the engine make noise at idle? If so, this can be the problem.

P0300 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P105d code: Intake valve stuck in high lift position.

Here are the instructions for changing all 4 of the camshaft actuators out, i would do all of them along with the guides and chain, I believe they come as a kit from Jeep. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.

No noise at idle until it starts to misfire, could it be fuel related? Clogged fuel filter or injector.

This car does not have a fuel filter, this code is telling you the problem.

P105d code: Intake valve stuck in high lift position.

So, the camshafts are not being activated. You can try whatever you want but this is the problem which caused the code:

P0300 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected

Please let us know what happens.

I added a little oil and took a 30-minute drive, and the check engine light turned off, it hasn't misfired yet.

Yep, low oil will do it, I would change it and add a heavier weight oil.

The 3.6L V6 engine typically uses 5W-20 synthetic motor oil. So I would try 10w-30 weight oil to seem what happens.
