Multiple problems are being presented but my scanner will not scan this car.

Extremely high idle when started and gets higher as it runs. When place in gear high idle continues and vehicle moves self ( around 40mph) without touching the accelerator. Temp gauge shows normal. Then car will stall while driving with on board notification says HOT A.C. DISABLED. Vehicle will restart immediately if ignition is recycled off and on.

The first thing I recommend is to check the intake for vacuum leaks. They are common and will cause a high idle.
