multiple lights on in the dash, power steering weak or gone

power steering, ESC, tire pressure lights all lit up on the dash. I am able to steer, but can tell power steering is not working.

The first things to check are the fuses for the steering system. Those are fuse 3 in fuse panel A which is the main under hood fuse panel. Fuse 3 is part of the primary fuse link. I doubt this is the problem as it powers many systems and you don't mention those as not working. The other are fuse 13 and 14 in fuse panel C at the bottom left side of the dash. Those power the steering and ABS systems which are turning on the lights.
