Codes P0339, p0117, P302, and P0303?

After the starter time was longer than usual and hard when I turned on key. I detected car with code reader and found P0339, p0117, P302, P0303 codes appeared. And after changing engine oil, I could not reset oil life. And check oil cap message appeared on the dash. I had worked on the error code one by one and how to replace related parts, but I don’t know the replacement order i.g. Which code should I clear first and so on…… thanks for your comment and helps!

With these codes the engine may have a larger issue. How does the engine sound when cranking over and when it is running does it sound normal?

P0339: Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Intermittent

P0117: Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor Circuit Low Input

P0302: Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected

P0303: Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected

Can you upload a short video of the engine cranking and running? In the meantime, let's do a compression test to make sure the engine is in good shape; this guide can help:

Also, let's swap out the crankshaft sensor and inspect the wiring at the connector. While the spark plugs are out, please check the condition. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.

Dear Ken,

Thanks for your comment. I have replaced the coolant sensor, crankshaft sensor and all spark plugs. Once the engine started and the error codes were all gone. Then, I ran drive cycles, and activated 7 functions accept one function. But car runs roughly compared to before. At first could not erase codes, before replacement parts. How can I do programs relearning without high grade code reader if possible. Thanks for your comment and helps!

Engine is running smoothly, no mor rough, acceleration was also recovered. No more code. After replacement of parts, and run twice Drive cycle completely reset to original states. Main issues were resolved now! No more compression test is necessary, there was no any compression related codes found so far.

One problem is that I couldn’t reset the oil life after the new engine oil changed and sometimes a track fuel cap message automatically flashes on the dashboard, and also automatically disappears. What should I do in this situation? Many thanks for your comment and help!
