Will not start

I have the vehicle listed above (Premier) it was running just fine until 5 day's ago. I went to my local dollar General store and when I came out and got in it it wouldn't crank. lights come on and cluster lights up like it's supposed to. but when I turn the key nothing! So I checked all the wiring and fuses and they are okay, the battery checked out good. so I replaced the starter and still nothing. my anti theft light is not blinking rapidly when I try to start it had my key checked out and it tested good no codes are popping up and when I jump the solenoid on the starter it cranks but it won't hit a lick can you please help me?

Good morning,

When you turn the key to the on position, does the anti-theft light come on and then go off? It must do that. If it does not then there is a security issue with the antitheft system.

I attached the description of the system as well as the procedure for setting it. Special tools are required for this procedure. It would be easier for you to call a locksmith and have him come to you and he can do that on-site for you.

I also attached a wiring diagram of the starting system. Check the fuses I circled to be sure there is power on both sides of the fuses.
