Engine swap?

I have a 5.3 all-wheel drive where the seats motor, I'm trying to do an engine swap on it I have right here a 5.3 rear wheel drive is there any difference other than the oil pan between the motors? Can I just swap my oil pan with this other oil pan and use this motor.

Hi,

It should only be the pan that is different. Is the engine from the same year vehicle? If so, I know they didn't make any changes to the block. Also, I'm assuming you meant to say it is a 3.5L, correct?
