Motor mounts replacement

I'm trying to replace the driver side motor mount. i got all the bolts removed but the mount wont come up. There are still 2 threaded bolts that are there but one side will come up a little the other side wont move. i'm talking about the bracket on top of the mount.

Hi,

I attached a pic below. Let me know if that is the mount you are working with and which bolts are giving you trouble. Also, confirm that all bolts have been removed.

I attached the info on each mount. Can you let me know which one you are dealing with because they do not label them as driver side. Also, can you get a picture of what your mount currently looks like so that we can try to figure out what the next steps are for you?
