Motor mount shifted and now the engine is no good

First of all, did the shop say what was wrong with it? Was there a diagnostic report of what is the cause of the issue?
When the motor mount is very loose it will allow excess movement of the motor. Which will lead to vibration and possibly shaking. However, unless the motor falls off the cradle, it will not damage the engine.

Please let me know what the shop says.

The engine can stall for various reasons. Could be due to a bad crank sensor or other components. Also, if for some reason the oil leaks out it will also seize the engine. The only reason I mention this is you just had it serviced and I have seen an oil filter or drain plug come loose after a service and cause the engine to fail.

The shop i sent it to did the original motor mounts (6months ago) it was under warranty. When they first contacted me, they said my motor was done. I told them to check the mounts they put in.
A few days later they said I had a back mount very loose. And replaced it.
I told the shop I could not understand why it was fine then this happens. My engine had no sounds like it makes now, I don't have powers over 20 miles for about 15 minutes then she picks up.
The shop just kept telling me that these motors are junk, they replace a lot of 3.6l.
Two days prior when she shut down after leaving an oil change company, I had it towed to a different shop, they said my starter was bad.
I paid over $500.00 for a starter went to pick it up she sat and idle for about 10 minutes, no clattering, just purred put it in drive and it shut off.
I had it towed home, realized my relay fuse box was loose, tightened it and she started but with a clattering sound from passenger side near starter area.
That's when I saw the motor was leaning back, and the top part of motor was angle back toward my relay box.
I knew my new motor mount gave out.
I was just wondering what damage could that lean caused, the last shop (motor mount) said it would be better to do the motor replacement, not a timing chain job.
I have no oil leak, no fluids leak at all. No film in oil. No smoke from the tail pipe.
She starts, but the clattering is loud in starter area, the same place the top of motor slid back to.
Never had heard that sound until motor shifted back.

This is quite strange. I have not seen a timing chain break or get damaged due to a bad motor mount. Do you know if there is any external damage to the engine due to the bad mount?

As for the replacement of the engine, it will depend on if the chain causes any internal damage. If not, then replace the chain and tensioner and the guide should take care of it.
