Radiator fan not working

Hello again, my car have problems with the fan. i put 12 volts directly to the fan and it works perfectly, but when it's on the car it won't work properly. it has a control module. How i test that module? And i notice that it try to work, but it slow or try to operate start slowly and stop. The car have fan and coolant sensor or it works with the coolant only?
Where it's or it located? Can you show me? it also have a relay.
Where i start?

Are you talking about the interior heater fan or the radiator/condenser fan under the hood?

Ok, no problem just wanted to be sure.

So you do have a cooling fan control module. The control is either from the Coolant temperature sensor on an input from the A/C.

With the engine running A/C on does the fan run?

With the engine running A/C on can you please unplug the fan and test for voltage between the two pins on the fan plug?

Yes, it has current. I think it's the coolant sensor,¿maybe? Oh, you think is something else. If it's the coolant sensor? Where i found it? Thanks to all the technicians that bring me support. I learn a lot from your expertise.

the problem now is that when i stop the engine and let it rest all night, when i start the engine in the morning the gauge is in hot. this happen so many times. I think that the ect is out of service. what you can tell me? thanks.

the entire fan is new, module, all the assembly is new.

There are fuse and fan controller that run the system here is a guide and the cooling fan wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works with the fuse and module locations as well. The module is next to the fan motor
