Heated seats and mirrors stopped working

Downloaded a repair manual from emanualsonline, and it's extremely hard to navigate compared to the other ones i have.

I have no error codes in the modules for the seat.

It's cold here in VT, and my wife really wants these features to work! The heated steering wheel works great, but not the seats or mirrors (all used to work fine).

Can someone find a diagram tree for me to check step by step?

Hi,

Did both stop at the same time? Are you getting any codes related to the driver's door module? That is what powers the mirrors.

As far as the seat, take a look at the directions below. I need you to check fuse 22 in the fuse box under the right side of the dash. In addition to checking the fuse, confirm there is power to and from it. See pic 3 for location.

Also, I need you to check grounds. If you look at the last pic, it shows the ground for the door control unit. Check that and the ones in pic 2.

Let me know what you find. If the fuse is good and the grounds are all good, we will need to check for signal power from the modules. However, if there was an issue there, I would think the CAN scan you did would have identified it.
