Module fuel pump control ?

I replaced the fuel pump control module and auto zone said it was programmed. Well it wasn’t. What is the specific type of scanner I need to reprogram the module. So many and all do something different.

The fuel pump control modules (FPCM) do actually need to be programmed to the vehicle VIN. They are NOT plug and play. Here are the instructions: Check out the image (below)
