Mode door, blend door, intake door actuator placement instructions needed

Hi,

Everything I am showing indicates an electric actuator motor is not used. What I find is cable replacement. That would not cause a clicking. See pics below. Pic 1 is the mode door cable and pic 2 is the blend air door cable.

Does the noise happen under any other conditions?

When I increase the speed of the fan the clicking gets faster.
However, I looked up under the dash on the drivers side but Behind the controls for the AC/heat (lower to the floor of the car) I can feel a vibration coming from somewhere. I can’t pinpoint what part is causing the vibration and clicking.

If it speeds up with the fan speed, it isn't an actuator. It seems something is touching the fan blade. An actuator wouldn't respond like this.

The fan could be loose, the blade could be loose, something could have gotten into the blower motor box, or even a mouse could have gotten into it.

Also, there is a cabin air filter in this vehicle. It should be behind the glove box. Remove the filter and see if there is excessive dirt or anything in it.

The cabin air filter is located under the glove box. I found a picture and circled where it will be located. There is a plastic cover that clips on. Remove the cover to access the filter. (see pic 1)

If the filter is clean and doesn't indicate any excessive debris, I need you to remove the blower motor to check if something is lose or in the box. If you look at pics 2 and 3 below, they are the directions for the removal of the blower motor.
