Where is the Mode Door Actuator located?

My car seems to be stuck on blowing air out of the defrost. I have learned that it is most likely the mode door actuator, but I don't know where it is located. Thank you!!

Yes, they call it an air mix servo motor here is the location on the left side of the HVAC plenum in the images below. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
