I have good heat and good A/C. Air is only coming out on the forward-facing vents. Will not change to defrost or to floor.

Where is the mode blend door actuator located?

Hello,
The mode door actuator is located on the top left side of the HVAC module, behind the dash.
See attached for the replacement procedure.
