A/C not blowing air through rear air vents

Hi, my car listed above is having an issue with the a/c not blowing air through the vents in the rear of the car. All of the front vents are working fine, but all of a sudden the back vents stopped blowing air. What could be causing this to happen?

Hello,

It sounds like you have a blend door actuator that is not working correctly which is common. here is a diagrams so you can see how the system works and where the actuators are located. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on, that would be great.
