I KNOW I NEED NEW ROWTERS, BUT THIS VIBRATION HAS NO RHYME NOR REASON, I CAN BE ON THE BUMPIEST ROAD AND NO VIBRATION THEN A SMOOTH ROAD AND THE FRONT WHEELS VIBRATE FOR JUST A FEW SECONDS, THEN ITS FINE AGAIN. I CAN FEEL IT IN THE STEERING WHEEL ALSO.

Bad rotors can cause the wobble with very slight brake pressure. Also depending on how old your tires are and the way they are worn can also cause this especially depending on the crown on the road, the ruts etc.
My suggestions change the rotors since you know that is bad. Take your car and have the front aligned and if your tires are worn, replace or at least move the front to the back.

Hello Also, it looks like you may have some recalls on your vehicle. The dealer may fix these for free. Please contact the dealer service department, give them the VIN number of your car and have them check on these to see if they apply to you.
