White smoke from the tail pipe of car!

I have had so many troubles with this car of mine, its a good car in all but it just happens to mess up at the wrong times. I have a 4 door 4 wd mitsubishi mirage, its a 1992. today the tail pipe started to smoke out when i was in the turning lane of the intersection, then it killed! i have done everything that i can think of with this car and nothing seems to be working. please HELP!

if the smoke is white and coming from the tailpipe then your getting water/coolant into the combustion chamber. this is usually caused by a blown head gasket, warped or cracked head. refrain from driving vehicle it could cause more damage because water does not compress, you could do more harm.
