Uphill Cooling Problems

I have a Mitsubishi Shogun Sport 2001, 100K miles 3litre engine. The cars engine temp will rise and continue to rise when going uphill. The dealer has replaced the radiator and thermostat with no change.
I have tried to duplicate the problem with the car at a standstill with no luck. I even parked the car on a slope with the engine revved to try to get the temp up. The problem seems only when the car is moving?? how weird

what could the problem be??

Electric fan/s are they coming On? when you go uphill are you losing acceleration power?

Could be air lock try bleeding it see below

BLEEDING COOLING SYSTEM

Always bleed air from cooling system after replacing coolant. Set heater for maximum heat. Remove radiator cap. Loosen drain plug and remove drain bolt (if equipped) from engine block. Drain coolant reservoir. Fill coolant reservoir to MAX mark with 50/50 water-coolant mixture. Loosen bleed bolt and fill radiator up to base of filler neck. Close bleed bolt when coolant flows out without bubbles. Tighten bleed bolt. With radiator cap removed, start and operate engine to normal operating temperature. Add coolant if necessary and check for leaks.
