1999 montero sport 3.0 v-6. 126,000 miles. the montero has no power. origionally it died and my niece had it towed to a shop and they put on a fuel pump and filter. then it had no power. so they put on a timing belt and tuned it up with new plugs and a crank censor. still no power. she took it to another shop and they put on another timing belt and then it wouldnt run at all. so to help her out i looked at it. it was out of gas so we put gas in it and it leaked fuel from the injector fuel rales. we replaced one injector that i thought wes bent and put on new o rings. this stopped the fuel leaks. but still no power. i removed the catalytic converter this was no help either. by no power i mean it starts not well, verry hard to start when it is hot, runs about 25 - 30 miles per hour and wont go any faster. i think it is not running on right bank cyl. 2-4-6 the intake ports are clean on these and carboned on cyl 1-3-5. electronics checked by dealer and another shop show to be ok compression is 175-185
