egr flow circuit malfunction

P0400 Try opening up the EGR inspect and clean it out thoroughly-once this done get a vacuum pump and check the EGR operation-when vacuum is applied engine should falter or stalls out. Doesn't do anything could clean or replace it, and check other components involved with the EGR like transducer/solenoid.
