i have a 97 mitsubishi eclipse GS 2.0L DOHC no turbo 5 speed with 120,000 miles on it. Sometimes the car will not turn over. no cranking no lights dimming nothing. the starter was just replace solenoid and all. there is always voltage to the starter even when it wont start. however the check enging light is on. the code it gives to the computer is a leak in the EVAP system (small). could this make the car not start or is there another problem other than the leak. i thought it may be the clutch safety switch of ignition switch but i dont know where to check them. also the ignition coil has been changed as well. im lost and looking for help.
