I have a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse. I noticed a few weeks ago that the car was overheating a lot and the heat wasn't coming out really hot. I checked my fliuids and discovered that there was no coolant fluid in the reservoir. I went ahead and bought some of the pre-mixed coolant and filled it once, let it flow into the radiator and filled it a second time. I checked it for the third time and its completely empty again. The weird part is, I am NOT noticing any puddles or anything under my car so where is it going???? Also, it doesnt seem to be leaking into the gas tank.
The heat does seem to work better, but the coolant is not staying in the reservoir. The exhaust is not an unusual thickness or color.
Do I have a leak or does it take more than two fills to fill the radiator?[img:6313f4e452]http://www.2carpros.com/forum/automotive_pictures/55269_ohiopic_1.jpg[/img:6313f4e452]
