Electrical problem
2000 Other Mitsubishi Models 4 cyl 85.000 miles

my horn has stoped working.My son inlaw took the fuse out because it will not stop honking.

The contact point in the steering wheel is more than likely stuck. Pull the cover off of the steering wheel and look at the horn contact point if they are touching look to see if any thing is holding it down.
