Tires and Wheels problem

well, when i bought this car it only had three wheel studs on the front left tire. i drove it this way for roughly 9 months before it started to cause me any problems. now, it is broke down in my drive, with another broken stud and one of them stripped. the one that is stripped, isnt stripped on the threads. the teeth on the back of it that hold it into the hub are stripped. i backed the lug nut about half way off before it wouldnt move anymore and just spun with the wheel stud. i have tried justabout everything i can think of the break the stripped stud, however nothing has worked. if anyone has any ideas or knows how to fix this problem please reply asap.
