My 1999 mits eclipse non turbo 2.0 has been having trouble starting. I need to pump the gas while cranking it to get it to start sputterring even though it is fuel injected. Once it sputters, it seems to clear up and run fine until you try to start it up again. Any Ideas would be appreciated! Thanks!
