1994 Other Mitsubishi Models Check Engine Light Stays On, An

I've checked the transmission fluid levels and other things like the gas cap being loose and the oil levels and everything looks good, but the check engine light will not go out, also, there is another light that is the second light to the right of the check engine light that comes on and off as I'm driving, this light looks like a radiator but I've checked the antifreeze levels several times and there dosen't seem to be a problem with it. Needless to say I cann't find a owners manual to tell me what I may be looking for. Could someone please help me with this.
