As soon as I hit a bump in the road my Tour and Sport Light starts blinking on and off I can restart the car and it will go back to touring untill I go over any bumps in the road car will ride very hard.

Sounds like a bad connection at the ride adjusting suspension somewhere.Try cleaning and enhancing all connections for the ride control
