1991 Other Mitsubishi Models car wont start

When i put the alternater fuse on the car it wouldent turn on nothin turned on no radio nothin the electrical when i turned the key nothin would turn on the car and i just put a new battery and starter what could it be please help

Check all leads are fitted correctly and tight, check foe a fusible link at the battery, check for a blown engine fuse. Start there.
