I recently took my vehicle for a recall work to be done. The advisor told me that they were changing the crank shaft bolt. I ask how long it would take and he stated he wasn't sure because there was a certain checks that they do when recalls are involved. I assummed that they would just change the bolt and that it. As I drove home I notice that the truck would not go into the last gear at 40-45mph like normal. Could they have moved or pinched some cable to cause this to happen or maybe by mistake disconnected something. They claim they only changed bolt and did not mess with transmission. What should I do, my truck was working fine before I took it in. i have even taken it up to 60mph and the last gear will not catch even when the vehicle has been driven for 30 mins.
