I recently bought a 2001 mitsubishi mirage. About a week later after i purchased the car I've noticed that the car's front right hand drive wheel is severely cambered. Both rear and front left hand wheels are straight. Now my question is, I am not sure if the previous owner had a minor accident or just hit a gutter really hard. I'm not really sure how could they possibly done it. I also noticed that the tyre is bald on one side. Is this fixible? can the tyre be straighten again?

Assuming the tire is tipped out on top, suspect a bent or collapsed lower control arm, or in a severe case, the control arm mounts are pushed in. The bottom of the strut can be bent too near the mounting bolts. Most Toyotas have a cam assembly in the lower strut mount that can be rotated to adjust camber. Bent parts can be suspected if that cam can't bring the wheel into specs.

This should be inspected by a tire shop or an alignment specialty shop. They will be able to recommend a course of action.
