why does my car exhaust too much smoke sometimes white sometimes black?? and it wobbles and shakes when i wait in the traffic light???

white smoke is water and black smoke is fuel, the white is coming from water dropping on to the piston and the smoke being shot out of the exhaust port this is caused by a blown head gasket or a blown intake gasket, the fuel is caused by an injector pouring to much fuel, or bad plugs, or a bad intake valve
