For about 6 months now I keep getting code P300, multiple cylinder misfire. At one point I had the code for Cylinder 2 misfire and that one has cleared now. The only problem I have had with the car is it bucks for a few seconds after I stop and start again. It also has trouble accelerating. I have replaced the spark plugs, wires, distributer and cap. Recently I changed the injectors. Nothing is clearing this code. A few times I used the injector cleaned fluid and for a week or two I had no problems, but than the car starting bucking and having trouble accelerating. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

A P0300 Random misfire is normally caused by vacuum leaks and bad fuel

i have changed the fuel filter and i use the middle grade of gas, and almost always from the same gas station. how do you know if it is bad gas? and we did a qucik check for vacuum leaks and there weren't any.

Thanks. I just changed spark plugs for cylinder 2 and 3 and its working a lot better. I had the CEL cleared after this too. but yesterday it bucked twice and the CEL came on again. But other than that, the car has been running much smoother.

like i said at the beginnig, we did all the normalr replacements. the spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor. but since it changed after swapping wires around, i went a bought new wires and plugs. the car is running better than i remember when i bought it.
