Air Conditioning problem
2004 Mitsubishi Galant 4 cyl Automatic 52000 miles

My air compressor is running, but inside when i put it on heat or a/c no air is blowing out, what is my next step to figure out what the problem is, could it be the blower relay, and if so were is that located?

its a fuse located in the fuse box under the hood check that first and then check the fuses inside the by the steering wheel..... use a test light as well to check for power in all fuses just turn the power on in the car dont start it yet.. also behind the glove box is the blower check its connectors if its loose or dirty
