2003 Mitsubishi Galant 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

the heater core is clogged or maybe there is a control valve. can i bypass the control valve?

you can bypass the heater core by removing the two hoses from under hood, at firewall going to the heater core than using a third piece of extra hose to connect the two ends. this will bypass the heater core preventing you from having heat in the vehicle. you could also just flush the heater core out..
