2001 Mitsubishi Galant car starts then dies

2.4 engine. car history before car running but noisy . noise comming from timming belt section,drive it about 3 miles every week end may be for 3 weeks. then one day clean engine with degreaser and water. drive it about 2 miles car dies. start it wont start any more. towed car home.check with my obd 2 but nocode is showwing. i forgot the code but what it say is something about the crank shaft positioning sensor. jack up car remove timing cover found out automatic timing belt tensioner colapse. its no good .buy new one.now do the normal thing aligne all timing marks.# 1 tdc.ok adjust belt tension.now test, start engine , engine start but dies again.check timing marks, turn crank shaft by hand. found out when the camshaft ,balancer shaft and crank shaft timming mark is aligne the oil pump mark is not. but when the balancer shaft, crank shaft and oil pump timing mark is aligne the camshaft is not ( POSITION of the the cam shaft timing mark is 6 oclock) this the sane car i ask a question before. help ty.
