To save money, take your car to Autozone or autopart store. ask them to diagnose your car. they will do it for free.
remember to write the code down.
then ask them to resett the code.
when you get the code, come back to me .we will find what the provlem is.
the engine light may sometime not be something very serious.
for example, you can get engine light if the gas cap is not tight enough after you fill with gas.

I took my car to autozone and the engine was checked.it passed all the test.But the service engine soon light and SRS light still comes on after i ignite the engine

I understand. there is no code but the engine light is on.
the SRS light is the for the air bag.
as long as the air bag light is on, it will not deploy if you are in accident.it 's require spesial scanner to find the code and fix it.

do you feel any hesitation, loss of power, shaking,
do you smell fuel,
tell me anything unsual about your car.
does the light come after you bought the car?did they try to resett the light?
does the light come on and stay or turn off later?
