On cold mornings my car makes a very loud rattling noise when it is first started up after sitting all night. If I don't let it warm up and just back out, the accelarator sticks a bit at first after putting it into drive. As I drive, the loud noise continues as I accelerate until the car warms up. The sound stops while the car is idling at a stop light. Then when I take off, the sound starts up again. After the car is warmed up, the sound is still there but not as loud.
