engine high idle speed?

Hi this is my mothers car, since she bought it she has a problem with the idle speed. i have changed the clutch, air flow sensor, throttle body, idle control valve, air recirculation valve, the only thing i haven't changed is the ecu!!! is there anything else i could be missing?????

Hi, I got 2002 galant LS 2.4L!

I also changed the air flow sensor and air control valve. doesnt seem to idle to car. RPM is @1400 while parked. and during drive its @700 and when i start A/C RPM drops as well. Service engine light is also on. dont know what to replace!

I was wondering if you got it fixed.

It sounds like the throttle cable needs to be adjusted, here is a guide to help and instructions below for the adjustment.
