1995 Mitsubishi Galant Car doesn't idle

I have to keep my foot on the car's accelerator and give it gas otherwise it will turn off. The engine starts up right away but will turn off if left to idle. In fact it doesn't even idle, it'll just turn off unless I continue to give it a little gas.

I have already replaced the fuel filter.
