Timing belt jumped a few teeth which caused both heads to come off and replace some bent valves.started car and had some lifter noise and i hoped it would go away after break in. 2000 miles later I still have the noise. can these lifters be cleaned and reused or replacing them the best option. Ive got the valve covers off and have cleaned the rocker shafts, all of the lifters have the same spring tension when i squeeze them. could they be faulty internally?
