I recently had a tune-up on my '03 GT Eclipse...it is a v6 and in order to change the plugs and wires the intake manifold was romoved...a new gasket was put on before replacing the manifold........at the same time i removed the resonator from the exhaust to get a deeper sound........Now when i hit 3000 rpm at idle or while driving and getting on it it whistles...is it the lack of the resonator or a leak in the intake manifold?
