my parkin lights work but my headlights wont turn on. it started with only one not turing on and but now they both are out. it is not the bulbs because i have had those changed and still nothing.

For $20 you can buy a ohm voltmeter and check all that out. It'll tell you if your bulbs are good (which they could be blown) and if you are getting 12 volts to the bulbs.
